Job description

CargoWise Consultant

Our client is seeking an experienced CargoWise Consultant for a short-term engagement to evaluate how their CargoWise platform is currently being used and identify opportunities for improvement. This is an opportunity to work closely with both business and IT stakeholders, assess a live production environment, and develop a practical roadmap that helps maximize the value of an enterprise CargoWise implementation.

  • Job Type: 3-month contract, potential for extension
  • Location: Remote
  • Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $95-125/hr W2

What You’ll Do:

  • Review the current CargoWise configuration and evaluate how the platform is being used across the business.
  • Assess operational support for U.S. and Mexico logistics operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop practical recommendations to optimize CargoWise configuration, workflows, and day-to-day operational usage.
  • Deliver a prioritized improvement roadmap outlining recommendations, implementation priorities, and next steps.
  • Provide recommendations for standing up an additional CargoWise instance to support future EU operations, if requested.

What Gets You the Job:

  • Strong hands-on experience consulting on CargoWise implementations, configurations, and optimization.
  • Experience evaluating live CargoWise environments and identifying operational and system improvement opportunities.
  • Ability to translate technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for both IT and business stakeholders.
  • Experience with multi-country or multi-region CargoWise deployments is preferred.
  • Experience creating implementation roadmaps, optimization plans, or strategic recommendations for enterprise CargoWise environments.
