What You'll Do

  • Lead, support, and develop a team ofroughly 4-6sales representatives to achieve targeted totalsales,gross profit,technical, equipment & service programs.

  • Partner with your team to deliver on district sales goals and budget commitments.

  • Coach and mentor others by providing clear guidance and constructive feedback to strengthen commercial, technical, and business capabilities.

  • Foster consistency by ensuring alignment with systems, policies, and regulatory requirements.

  • Identifyopportunities to improve efficiency, manage costs,continuously strengthen businessprocessesand drive value at customers and prospects

  • Implement and support performance planning and development conversations.

  • Collaborate closely with key customers, large/local accounts, and Key Account Managers, with clearly defined plans and shared accountability for execution.

  • Serve as a trusted technical and commercial partner to customer QA, operations, and food safety teams.

  • This is a remote position basedfroma home office, requiring travel up to 50% of the time.

Required Technical Expertise (Mandatory)

  • This role requires hands-on, practical experience within all market segments of F&Bincluding,dairy, brewing, beverage, processed foods, pharma andintervention applications in beef,porkand/or poultry processing.

  • In addition to knowledge of Cleaning &Sanitizing(C&S), Water Treatment, and Food Safety, qualified candidates must have real-world experiencewithchemistry applications, food safety & microbiology, and equipment dosing applications and installations

  • Excellentworking knowledge of SFDC (Salesforce), Workday, Tableau (data mining software), Microsoft Office 365Platformand AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT

Expertise technique requise (obligatoire)

  • Ce role exige une experience pratique et concrete dans tous les segments de marche de l'alimentation et des boissons, notamment les produits laitiers, le brassage, les boissons, les aliments transformes, les produits pharmaceutiques, ainsi que les applications d'intervention dans la transformation du buf, du porc et/ou de la volaille.

  • En plus de la connaissance du nettoyage et de la desinfection (N&D), du traitement de l'eau et de la salubrite alimentaire, les candidats qualifies doivent posseder une experience concrete en applications chimiques, en salubrite alimentaire et microbiologie, ainsi qu'en applications et installations de dosage d'equipements.

  • Excellente maitrise de SFDC (Salesforce), Workday, Tableau (logiciel d'exploration de donnees) et de la suite Microsoft Office 365. Platform
