Essential Functions - Define and develop company-wide strategy of digital transformation across customer experience, sales, marketing, and business units. - Work with marketing and business units to identify initiatives that deepen the digital customer experience in a way that is cohesive and builds upon the larger Paychex strategy. - Oversee the creation, technical development, and execution of high impact digital solutions. - Drive UX/UI strategy of solutions, in collaboration with stakeholders, to create prototypes and designs that support the buyer journey. - Support implementation of solutions by coordinating execution teams and plans across internal/external partners. - Provide digital strategy guidance and governance to Business Units. - Communicate digital strategy and initiatives to company and Executive Committee.
