The Sales Manager-Contract Molding Services will be responsible for strategic management of Bemis current and newly acquired customers, and the acquisition of new customers in existing and new markets. The incumbent will provide oversight on overall customer profitability and is responsible for identifying and implementing profitability improvement measures. This individual will become an extension of your customers organization, understanding their business as well as them. The incumbent will identify, pursue, and secure strategic growth opportunities in the customer base.  A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.  This position can be a remote position with occasional but regular travel to Bemis facilities in Lenoir, NorthCarolina and Sheboygan Falls, WI.

Specific Responsibilities:

*Responsible for profitability and sales growth within current and newly developed base of customers.
*Proactively establish and strengthen strategic relationships across all levels of our customer's organization to create an intimate knowledge of each customer's direction, focus, priorities, and related market trends.
*Effectively manage customer pricing relative to costs, product life cycle stage, and market pressure.
*Manage tactical activities that may negatively impact profitability.
*Input information and lead presentation on incumbent's customers in Contract Business Team meetings
*Input information on leads and developing projects into the CRM system (currently SalesForce)
*Commercial point person on all NPD activities.
*Research, identify and communicate changing business conditions as well as strategic product and market trends.
*Identify leads for new business relationships and identify and secure profitable new business within existing or new markets. *Submit detailed strategic proposals to potential customers.
*Accountable for the strategic elements of the customer engagement.
*Provide business forecasts as part of the Bemis quarterly and annual forecasting process.
*Act as the voice of the customer throughout the Bemis organization.
*Ensure customer awareness of Bemis' full suite of advanced technical capabilities.
