Summary
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the DPAE Modernization & Sustainment (DPAE M&S) of PAE MARITIME.

Duties
Help
  • You will lead a team of system-level Product Support Managers (PSMs) to direct, align, and optimize lifecycle sustainment strategies for assigned critical Hull,
    Mechanical, and Electrical (HM and E) systems.
  • You will assist/lead efforts to develop/maintain HM and E System Sustainment policies and processes, communication plans, Memorandums of Agreement
    (MOAs) / Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), Task Planning Sheets (TPS), Business Case Analysis (BCA).
  • You will work with stakeholders (i.e., Resource Sponsors (OPNAV N95/N96/N83), FLEETs, TYCOMs, TWHs, SURFMEPP, Naval Warfare Centers, NAVSUP, DLA, OEMs to establish strategies to improve operational availability of assigned critical HM and E systems.
  • You will participate in regular engagements including annual flag-led Sustainment Summits, Surface Warfare Enterprise (SWE) meetings, Surface TYCOM Advisory Requirements (STAR) Boards, and Fleet Maintenance Board of Director meetings.
  • You will be responsible for organizing and supporting HM and E System Sustainment meetings/forums.
  • You will have demonstrated knowledge and practice of integrated product support (IPS) planning, lifecycle logistics management, and product support strategy development and execution.
  • You will have experience with the Planning Programing Budgeting Execution (PPBE) process to drive cross-organizational policy and process improvements.
  • You will deliver executive-level (Flag/SES) briefs.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 pay band (or GS-13 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Leading complex data-driven analyses, metrics-based assessments, or advanced technology integrations to resolve critical lifecycle resource constraints and balance performance against costs for assigned Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) systems.
