What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and own relationships with senior prospect leaders (CNO, CIO, VP of Patient Experience, CMIO, Clinical Informatics Directors) and close business to achieve sales objectives and quotas
- Create and manage a sales pipeline of opportunities within a territory through inbound and outbound sales motions
- Use a consultative and value selling approach from initial discovery to closing
- Autonomously deliver high-impact Smart Room solution demonstrations and sales presentations, whether live on-site or via webinar, to a broad range of stakeholders from frontline nursing staff and technology managers to C-suite leadership
- Accurately forecast pipeline deals in both size and timing and participate in recurring pipeline reviews
- Consistently update company CRM and provide reports as needed to ensure a timely and accurate view of the pipeline and all pursuit activities
- Develop deep product expertise in TigerConnect Smart Room technology, including software applications, displays, integrations, EHR data feeds, and real-time care team communication workflows
What You Bring:
- BA/BS required, MBA or graduate degree is a plus
- 5+ years working selling at the enterprise level in Healthcare Technology (SaaS preferred)
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota through new logo acquisition and account expansion
- Experience selling complex solutions into C-suite and clinical leadership within healthcare organizations
- Strong consultative and value-based selling skills
- Ability to manage long, complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Experience with healthcare technology, clinical workflows, or hospital systems preferred
- Familiarity with patient engagement platforms, smart room technology, or bedside clinical communication systems (e.g. Avidex, Sonifi, GetWell, Cloudbreak) preferred
