Job description


The Commercial & Public Safety Sales Manager is needed to support EagleNXT's sales activities across North America and Latin America, with a focus on public safety, law enforcement, emergency response, and commercial markets.
This is an entry-level, development focused role, ideal for a motivated individual looking to gain hands on experience, learn the UAS market, and grow into a long term sales or regional role within the company.
Job Duties:
Commercial & Public Safety Sales Support
The role supports day to day sales activities with public safety and commercial customers, assisting with opportunity development, customer engagement, and follow up activities.
You will help prepare and participate in customer demonstrations, presentations, and evaluations, supporting more senior sales colleagues.
Partner & Distributor Support
You will work alongside distributors and commercial partners to support market outreach, learning how distributor led GTM models function in practice and how to support partners effectively.
Learning & Field Experience
This role is designed as a learning driven position, offering exposure to real customers, operational use cases, and field activities. You will gradually build expertise in products, markets, and customer workflows through direct involvement.
Events & Customer Engagement
You will support preparation and execution of public safety and commercial events, regional customer meetings, and demonstrations, gaining experience in field based selling and customer interaction.
Content & Sales Material Feedback
You will help improve sales tools and materials by providing structured feedback from the field, including customer objections, feature understanding gaps, and emerging needs.
Qualifications:
  • Based in the United States
  • Early career sales or business development background
  • FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.
  • Interest or exposure to:
    • Drones/UAS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Management, Engineering, Aviation, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with public safety, law enforcement, emergency response, agriculture, or security environments.
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow professionally
  • Energetic, hands on, and customer focused mindset
  • Good communication, organization, and relationship building skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically (~30-40%)
