What is remote ATM monitoring?

Remote ATM monitoring is a service or process in which automated teller machines (ATMs) are monitored off-site using specialized software and network connectivity. This allows banks and service providers to track the status, performance, and security of ATMs in real-time, enabling rapid response to issues such as cash shortages, hardware malfunctions, or suspicious activities. Remote monitoring helps ensure ATMs remain operational, secure, and provide a seamless experience for customers while reducing the need for on-site visits.
