We are looking for a dependable Customer Service Representative to participate in a remote focus group assignment in Hilo, Hawaii within the legal industry. In this short-term opportunity, you will observe attorney presentations, share thoughtful reactions, and complete structured feedback materials that support the session goals. This role is well suited for someone with a customer-focused background who is comfortable using Zoom and digital forms in a detail-oriented environment. Due to the nature of this assignment, only Hilo, Hawaii residents will be considered.


Responsibilities:

• Attend focus group sessions and actively listen to attorney presentations and case arguments.

• Provide clear, constructive feedback based on what you hear during each session.

• Complete questionnaires and electronic response forms accurately and on time.

• Use Zoom and other digital tools to support participation and session activities as needed.

• Follow instructions carefully while maintaining a consistent approach throughout the assignment.
