Job description

Shentel is hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative  to join our call center team to support our growing business. You must reside in Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Kentucky, or Delaware for this remote opportunity. We are looking for a sales-oriented customer service professional to sell Shentel’s broadband and television solutions while providing excellent customer service. In this role you will play a pivotal role in keeping your neighbors connected!
