Pattern is looking for a Talent Review Partner (Contractor) to support our hiring process during a temporary maternity leave coverage period. This role plays a critical part in maintaining hiring quality, supporting packet turnaround times, and helping the Review Team manage fluctuating hiring volume while ensuring a world-class candidate experience.
This is a temporary, part-time contractor position that is fully remote and highly flexible. Training will begin in July, with primary coverage needed from approximately August through November.
What is a day in the life of a Talent Review Partner?
  • Prepare candidate scoring documents and evaluation materials.
  • Review resumes, transcripts, LinkedIn profiles, references, and other candidate information.
  • Assist with hiring packet preparation and quality assurance.
  • Coordinate communications and scheduling related to executive hiring reviews.
  • Support hiring process administration and operational workflows.
  • Assist with AI-related projects, training materials, and process documentation

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
