Responsibilities for Sales Operations Analyst include but are not limited to:

· Coordinate with sales, operations, and talent teams to implement effective solutions and support business opportunities

· Manage and ensure seamless execution of the agent lifecycle, including onboarding, credentialing, training, performance tracking, and offboarding

· Support Agent and Talent Readiness initiatives to ensure agents are prepared for success

· Act as a subject matter resource by providing guidance and interpretation related to onboarding, credentialing, and lifecycle management processes

· Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all agent lifecycle updates and ensure clear communication to relevant stakeholders

· Keep agents informed of their current status, next steps, and any required actions

· Analyze business processes to identify requirements, priorities, and recommendations for improvement

· Manage special projects and generate ad hoc reports as needed

· Build and sustain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners

· Maintain records and deliver regular (monthly) performance and status reports to management
