WHAT YOU’LL DO

We’re looking for a strategic thinker and passionate leader to join our team as Senior Manager, Client Strategy. In this role, you’ll help translate client goals into actionable strategies that fuel business growth, deepen brand equity, and drive innovation across channels. You’ll bring together data, insights, and storytelling to help clients navigate complexity and seize opportunity.

Client Growth & Impact
Partner with clients to develop thoughtful, forward-looking strategies that accelerate business growth. Identify opportunities to expand current engagements through new channels, services, or innovations. Serve as a strategic lead in pitch work, renewals, and client growth planning.
 

Insights & Strategy
Translate business objectives into bold, insight-driven communication and media strategies. Lead research and insight development across competitive landscape, category dynamics, audience behavior, and emerging trends. Create strategies rooted in consumer truth and business outcomes.
 

Cross-Channel Planning
Collaborate with media teams to shape channel mix, audience strategy, and investment allocations. Bring together creative, media, and analytics to build integrated, effective plans. Partner with activation teams to identify new opportunities and optimize performance.

Sales Enablement & Partnership
Support sales team with strategic insight during discovery, pitch development, and onboarding. Provide tools, thought starters, and ongoing updates to ensure alignment across teams. Join client conversations to help uncover challenges and co-create solutions.
 

Leadership & Collaboration
Be a trusted advisor and strategic voice for your clients and peers. Mentor and guide team members with empathy, clarity, and purpose. Contribute to agency thought leadership and content marketing efforts.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • 6–10 years of digital marketing experience, with a strong track record in strategic planning and client leadership.
  • Expertise across a range of digital channels and platforms.
  • Strong storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with media, creative, analytics, and sales teams.
  • Data fluency—comfortable using tools and insights to inform smart, strategic decisions.

Salary Range: $100,000 – $115,000

The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
