Physician Scheduler
Remote (United States)
Contract
LHH is seeking experienced Physician Schedulers to support a large-scale scheduling and payroll integration initiative. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for candidates with a strong background in high-volume provider scheduling and healthcare operations. Candidates must have experience scheduling large groups of physicians or providers.
This role will focus on scheduling accuracy, timecard alignment, and audit support during a system go-live and stabilization period. You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate scheduling data flows into payroll while supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage high-volume physician and provider scheduling updates and corrections
  • Process schedule changes at a detailed, minute-by-minute level
  • Handle large volumes of shift adjustments and timecard updates
  • Review and audit scheduling data to ensure payroll accuracy
  • Process and track scheduling change requests
  • Generate and analyze reports for daily and weekly audits
  • Support go-live scheduling preparation and post-launch stabilization efforts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with scheduling, payroll, and operations teams
  • Communicate professionally with leadership and stakeholders
Qualifications:
  • Required: Experience scheduling large groups of physicians or healthcare providers
  • Required: Previous experience in a healthcare environment
  • Experience with Epic or related scheduling systems strongly preferred
  • Experience with EZCall or similar physician scheduling platforms preferred
  • Experience with UKG, Kronos, or other payroll/timekeeping systems preferred
  • Proven experience working with schedule-to-pay or payroll-integrated workflows
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and audit readiness
  • Ability to manage high-volume workloads under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and professional presence
Work Environment:
  • Fully remote within the United States
  • Candidates in Mountain or Pacific time zones preferred
  • Standard business hours with flexibility based on scheduling needs
Compensation: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
(Compensation may vary based on experience, skillset, and location.)
Employment Type: Contract (approximately 13 weeks)
