A little about the position:  
Job Summary  
  
Responsible for managing EHS projects across all Latham Pool Products business units. This position requires project development from identification through assisting manufacturing sites with execution including contractor oversight to implement necessary schedules and projects.  A strong background in facilities management, continuous improvement, and project management is required.  
Some of What You Will Do:  
  
The specific responsibilities of the position are as follows: 
  
  • Develop and implement EHS Capital Improvement Plan with on time execution and within budget.   
  • Ensure Management of Change, Building Code Compliance, and Contractor Safety are followed on all projects.  
  • Primary contact for property insurance relationship management and mitigation of audit findings.   
  • Ensure projects fall within parameters of site permits.  
  • Work with EHS to develop topic-specific EHA Capital programs and to ensure that projects and site components meet, exceed and continually maintain viability of EHS policies, procedures and permits. 
  • Drive progress against timelines, manage priorities, and follow up on deliverables. 
  • Maintain up to date project dashboard and lead project status update meetings with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership. 
  • Calculate and report project financial results with accurate, data‑supported analysis. 
  • Serve as project lead and provide hands‑on support to fill resource gaps as needed. 
  • Manage project and overall program expenses, prepare capital expenditure requests, and track spending. 
  • Engage with suppliers, issue purchase orders as needed, and track supplier deliverables. 
  • Identify, track, and manage project risks and mitigation plans; communicate exposure and escalation needs to leadership. 
  • Continuously improve project management processes based on lessons learned.  
  • Perform other duties as assigned.  
  • Travel up to 20% overnight as required.  
  
What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications) 
  
  • BS in Engineering or equivalent. 
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience and knowledge of manufacturing, chemical operations, facilities and construction. 
  • Experience with projects worth $10K - $1M, and up to $5M annually. 
  • Strong time management and program planning skills required. 
  • Travel between facilities, as needed. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with finance, supply chain, manufacturing, suppliers, and engineers. 
  • Energetic, results‑driven, and highly focused on execution.  
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and rigorous with follow‑up.  
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.  
  • Solid understanding of cross‑functional project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.  
  • Demonstrated accountability, collaboration, and consistent follow‑through.  
  • Strong ability to build and sustain effective cross‑functional partnerships.  
  • Hands‑on approach with a willingness to engage in manufacturing environments.  
  • Proactive in identifying risks, addressing issues, and navigating challenges.
