Job Summary:

The Field Service Technician will work independently, under the direction of the Director of Warranty & Service/Boyer Site Leader, to perform field start-ups or new or repaired equipment, diagnose issues and repair pumps and other products.  


Primary Job Duties:

  • Perform field start-ups to ensure equipment is operating at design conditions 
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems of pumps or other products
  • Perform diagnostic tests to detect issues and identify root causes
  • Rebuild/repair various products as needed for warranties and restocking
  • Tear down and assessment of various products
  • Utilize Warranty Ticket System to manage Field Service Events
  • Maintain detailed records/documents of all field and in-house work
  • Communicate with internal departments to complete assigned work
  • Assist with customer/rep training on products.
  • Troubleshooting over the phone for pumps and equipment may be required.
  • Work safely while maintaining 6s.

Location: Collierville, TN

Travel Requirements: up to 50%

Pay Range: Commensurate based on experience.

Shift/hours: Normal operating hours are between 7 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday.

Relocation: This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
