Position Summary
Primarily responsible for the day to day drafting and issuance of Stop Loss policies, and auditing sold case quotes for compliance and consistency throughout the installation process. Partners with internal departments in support of ALIC's Stop Loss business, Underwriting and Stop Loss administration, consulting with internal business partners. Provides timely responses to questions associated with AFA and Stop Loss products, documents process workflows, generates automated reporting and supports ad hoc projects that support the team.
Required Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience with data analysis or equivalent and/or customer service.
  • Proficient in Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Vigorous attention to detail, results oriented and aptitude for the written word.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Stop Loss
  • Advanced in Excel, Word, and proficient in OneNote, QuickBase, PowerPoint any database tool such as Access.
  • Comfortable contributing in verbal dialogue, thrives in a team environment, is self-motivated and forward thinking.


Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $93,574.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
