Through our platform, we empower researchers and companies to access a global, ethically curated participant base, ensuring cutting-edge AI research and training grounded in inclusivity and precision.

The Role

As we scale our Managed Services division, we're seeking a Strategic Projects Lead to scope, design, and deliver complex human data projects. You'll work directly with leading AI companies, researchers, and product teams to set up impactful, scalable pilots-from first client conversation to task material design, rater training, and operational execution.

This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role ideal for a creative strategist and operational builder who thrives in ambiguity, loves solving complex problems, and wants to drive the future of how human data powers AI.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own project scoping and feasibility: Engage with customers to understand their objectives, co-create study designs, assess viability, and propose clear success criteria.
  • Lead project setup: Draft protocols, instructions, workflows, and platform configurations tailored to the client's use case.
  • Design and operationalize rater pipelines: Develop scalable onboarding, training, QA, and performance tracking processes.
  • Run pilots and iterate: Launch small-scale tests to evaluate feasibility, cost, quality, and throughput, then optimize for scale.
  • Ensure delivery excellence: Project manage execution to timelines and budgets, providing customers with proactive updates and insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Data, Product, and Engineering to identify automation opportunities, improve task templates, and build reusable solutions.
  • Document learnings: Create playbooks, case studies, and standardized workflows that enhance operational readiness and reduce setup friction over time.

What You'll Bring to the Role

  • 7+ years experience in strategy, operations, consulting, product, or customer-facing delivery roles-ideally within a high-growth, data or tech-focused environment.
  • Strong analytical and systems thinking abilities, with a track record of designing and delivering operational processes.
  • Comfortable working with technical stakeholders and learning new tools, platforms, or frameworks quickly.
  • Skilled at translating abstract problems into structured plans, and executing with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong project management and cross-functional influencing skills.
  • Excited by ambiguity, complexity, and building something new from scratch.
  • Curious and passionate about AI, data quality, and how humans contribute to responsible model development.
Nice to have
  • Experience in data labeling, annotation, rater workflows, or evaluation tasks.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or tools like Notion, Zapier,Asana & Miro
  • Familiarity with LLM applications, model evaluation frameworks, or human-in-the-loop systems.
  • Experience managing domain experts, linguists, programmers, or other specialized raters.
