Journeyman Electrician Leading High-Impact Commercial and Industrial Power Solutions

Job Overview

  • Project Scope: Commercial, Industrial, and Government/Federal.

  • Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Electrical Journeyman or Master License, OSHA 10 or 30 Certification, and a Valid Driver's License.

The Opportunity You will serve as a vital technical lead within our Field Operations, driving the completion of sophisticated electrical projects that often span several years. This role offers you the unique chance to manage all aspects of the electrical lifecycle while mentoring a dedicated crew in a culture that rewards professional advancement. You will leverage your expertise to ensure every installation meets our rigorous standards for safety and quality on high-profile federal and industrial sites.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Direct field operations for crews of 5 to 10 electricians to ensure complex project milestones are met on time.

  • Execute end-to-end electrical installations across commercial and industrial scopes, from initial rough-in to final power-up.

  • Supervise the daily application of safety protocols to maintain a zero-incident environment on high-stakes government job sites.

  • Coordinate with project leadership to interpret blueprints and technical specifications, ensuring 100% compliance with local codes.

  • Manage on-site logistics and material handling to prevent downtime and maximize crew productivity during 10-hour shifts.

  • Mentor junior apprentices through hands-on training, fostering the next generation of skilled Journeymen within the company.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the electrical trade with a focus on commercial or industrial sectors.

  • Possession of a Journeyman card for at least 5 years.

  • Proven experience acting as a crew leader or foreman for teams of 5 or more individuals.

  • Ability to maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to various job sites.

  • Current OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience operating heavy equipment such as skid steers or mini-excavators.

  • Advanced technical training or completion of a formal apprenticeship program.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage long-term project lifecycles from beginning to end.
