Job description

Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomy - Phlebotomist II to support our client’s medical facility based in Atlanta GA 30309. This is a 2-3-month assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!


Position Name: Phlebotomist II

Pay rate: $21/hr-$23.25/hr

Location: Atlanta GA 30309

Duration: 3-4-month contract with possible extension

Shift: 8:30am - 5:30pm


Job Description:

Job Summary:

The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) serves as the face of the company, interacting directly with patients for routine health visits and critical health decisions. This role involves:

· Drawing quality blood samples from patients and preparing specimens for laboratory testing.

· Ensuring safety, accuracy, and professionalism in every patient interaction.

· Creating an atmosphere of trust and confidence by clearly explaining procedures.

· Following established procedures, confidentiality policies, and process excellence standards.

· Working at doctor’s offices, patient service centers, or other locations based on business needs.


Experience:

· 3 years of phlebotomy experience (including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections).

· 2+ years in a Patient Service Center environment (Preferred).

· Customer service experience in a retail or service setting (Preferred).

· Keyboarding/data entry experience (Preferred).
