Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Experienced Carpenter with proven experience in high-quality carpentry and cabinet hanging/installation. The ideal candidate has a strong background in finish work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and can work independently or as part of a team to deliver precise, professional results.

Key Responsibilities included but not limited to:

Install and hang kitchen, bathroom, and custom cabinetry, ensuring proper alignment, leveling, and secure fastening.

Perform finish carpentry tasks including installation of trim, baseboards, crown molding, window/door casings, and stair components.

Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and project specifications.

Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials with precision.

Install doors, hardware, shelving, and built-ins.

Scribe and fit cabinets, panels, and trim for tight, seamless finishes.

Use hand tools, power tools, and specialty carpentry equipment safely and effectively.

Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and safety requirements.

Coordinate with contractors, project managers, and other trades when necessary.

Maintain a clean and organized job site.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a carpenter or in a similar construction role.

Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and safety regulations.

Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions.

Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.

Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Reliable transportation and valid drivers license (if required).

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school training preferred.
