Position Introduction/Key Duties
Cimarron is seeking an Earned Value Management (EVM) SME, for an exciting opportunity supporting TOS II, at Arnold Air Force Base, TN. As an EVM SME, you will be working as a member of an integrated team responsible for a construction project for the United States Air Force Test Operations and Sustainment efforts. This position is expected to last less than 12 months, with the possibility of an extension.
Key Duties:
• Provide advice and guidance to project teams and stakeholders on Earned Value Management Systems and project controls best practices.
• Provide EVM analysis of Earned Value data and provide analysis to project stakeholders.
• Support project controls team in gathering and producing monthly EVM data.
• Support Integrated Baseline Reviews\Project Reviews.
• Develop, write, and implement robust processes and procedures for Earned Value Management.
• Provide support to AEDC Customers and other contractors.
• Support and remediate critical issues with Server Infrastructure outside of normal assigned shift as required.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Required/Desired Skills, Experience, and Education
Required Skills, Experience, and Education:
  • Due to facility security requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for consideration at this time.
  • Ability to complete a pre-employment background check, breath alcohol test, and drug screening, which will include but is not limited to testing for marijuana use.
  • This is a sensitive/safety-sensitive position and is subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance and access to the AEDC local area network.
  • 5+ years of hands-on EVM experience in construction and/or government contracting industries.
  • Experience with Deltek Cobra.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Engineering and at least 12 years of relevant and progressive experience or any combination of education and experience.

Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
  • Understanding of the Critical Path Method of scheduling theoretically and applicable experience on construction or capital acquisition projects is a plus.
  • Experience in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project is a plus.
  • Industry certification such as AACEi EVP, PMI PMP, etc. is a plus.
