- This person will be responsible for assisting in the efficient sewing and finishing a of variety of products.
- Safely operate an industrial Juki sewing machine.
- Always paying attention to detail and checking work before handing it off to next operation.
- Ability to keep on-pace with other team members.
- Accurately measure and sew products of varying sizes to customer specifications.
- Troubleshoot product issues with other members in the department.
- Follow standard work.
- Flexibility when it comes to cross training for other job functions.
- Working with and in other departments when necessary.
- Speaking up and engaging in continuous improvement.
- Pull, push, or lift 30 pounds consistently.
- Constantly moving around the production floor up to 10 hours a day.
- Twisting and bending to assemble products.
- Commitment to excellence when it comes to quality and detailed job specifications.
- Have a mindset to continuously improve processes as well as themselves.
- Willingness to learn, take direction and respect others.
- Ability to keep up in a fast-paced team environment, have the ability to multi-task and reflect a positive attitude towards challenging job requirements.
