Hiring Now an Air Pricing Coordinator , supporting air freight pricing, transportation solutions, and freight forwarding sales initiatives within the import-export and wholesale trade industry.
The Air Pricing Coordinator will work closely with sales teams, customers, operations staff, overseas offices, and executive management to develop competitive pricing solutions for air freight opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with sales, customers, operations teams, overseas offices, and agents to gather pricing for air freight and transportation opportunities.
- Prepare and manage daily air freight spot quotes for U.S. accounts, ensuring accurate pricing, service options, and capacity confirmation.
- Match transportation and freight forwarding service offerings to customer needs while identifying opportunities to expand customer relationships.
- Analyze customer targets, support pricing strategies, and help negotiate final pricing proposals to win new business.
- Negotiate rates with internal offices, overseas partners, third-party providers, and agents.
- Create, update, and maintain pricing matrices for new and existing customer accounts.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $60,000 to $62,000 per year.
