Shift: Saturday- 2:00pm-11:00pm | Sunday- 1:00pm-11:00pm

Status: Part-Time

Compensation: $19 to $21 DOE

The officer's schedule, site assignments, and hours are subject to change based on client needs, staffing requirements, call-offs, and contract adjustments.

The officer's schedule, site assignments, and hours are subject to change based on client needs, staffing requirements, call-offs, and contract adjustments.


Key Responsibilities

Monitor premises to deter unauthorized access, theft, and vandalism.

Maintain professionalism in all interactions with clients, visitors, and staff. Ensure that all communication fosters a positive and secure environment.

Conduct regular patrols of the assigned site and monitor surveillance equipment, ensuring adherence to the client's security protocols.

Accurately document any incidents, security breaches, or irregularities, and promptly report them to the appropriate personnel for follow-up.

Additional duties may be assigned by your reporting manager.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Armed License Required.

Already have or able to obtain a cannabis agent ID.

Must own a firearm with a level 2 retention holster or higher.

Previous armed security or related experience preferred.

Strong situational awareness and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and de-escalation skills.

Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.

Capability to respond quickly and effectively in emergencies.


Schedule and Availability

Officers are expected to work scheduled shifts at their assigned client sites.

Shifts, site assignments, and schedules are subject to change based on client and SSPG needs.

Flexibility is required to work additional shifts, including on-call or emergency coverage when needed.
