As a member of the RP SEAL team, you'll help stabilize and support newly integrated Radiology Partners practices while demonstrating the value of engaged, highly adaptable remote radiologists. Flexibility, clinical excellence, adaptability, and a service-focused mindset are key to success in this role.

Position Responsibilities
  • Interpret a broad range of diagnostic imaging studies across multiple practice settings
  • Efficiently manage STAT, emergency, urgent, and general diagnostic cases
  • Deliver exceptional service and maintain strong relationships with clinical partners
  • Adapt quickly to different workflows, technologies, and practice environments
  • Collaborate effectively with radiologists, clinicians, and operational teams
  • Demonstrate a flexible, team-first approach that reflects Radiology Partners' culture and values

Desired Qualifications
  • Board-certified or board-eligible Diagnostic Radiologist
  • Broad-based diagnostic radiology experience
  • Comfortable interpreting emergency, urgent, and general diagnostic imaging
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexible, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $315,000-$575,000
Compensation will be determined based on experience, training, certifications, geographic location, schedule, productivity, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
