Job description

Description:

We are seeking a part-time Receptionist to work two days per week. Regular hours 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with adjusted summer hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. during June and July. This position is a job-share role.

Primary responsibilities include routing incoming calls, welcoming and assisting guests, scheduling Mass intentions, and providing general administrative and office support.


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience using a multi-line phone system
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, professional, and service-oriented attitude
