Senior Business Analyst
FT / PT Status - Full-Time
Salary - $25.22 - $51.82 Hourly Wage

Key Responsibilities
  • User management for the division's various programs and applications including two-factor authentication and handling hard tokens.
  • Lead initiatives that promote open and transparent information sharing through regular division-wide communications.
  • Establish and strengthen partnerships with CARE programmers and users from the Juvenile Court and Probation to promote consistency in system usage and advocate for the needs of JJYS staff.
  • Act as a liaison between the JJYS user community and DTS during system implementations, updates, and other IT-related projects.
  • Develop clear guides and training materials to assist division staff in understanding system processes.
  • Manage and update the division's public website using WordPress/Cornerstone.
  • Collaborate with finance team to ensure payments can be made by managing service codes in the division's case management system.
  • Create and manage numerous surveys and dashboards in Qualtrics.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of information technology systems, including experience supporting or coordinating system functionally, troubleshooting, or enhancements.
  • Some experience in graphic design.
  • Ability to problem solve and learn new systems.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, collaborate across teams, and support projects and operational initiatives.
  • Detail oriented and communication skills - ability to prepare materials and present to diverse stakeholders including nontechnical staff.

Preference may be given to the following:
  • Experience with the following programs or applications: Qualtrics, WordPress, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google.
  • Knowledge of the juvenile justice system and experience with CARE.
