Job Title: Field Partner

Reports To: Area Director

Position Type Part Time

Location: Remote

Purpose Statement

The Field Partner supports the local ministry under the direction of an Area Director and in accountability to the Area Leadership Team. This part-time role is responsible for carrying out specific functions that advance the ministry's effectiveness-reaching men in the workplace, empowering them to grow in their faith, and deploying them to impact others through disciple-making. The Field Partner is committed to guiding and supporting the local ministry in its day-to-day work and ensuring alignment with the area's overall goals.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Actively engage in the local CBMC and be a member of the CBMC Network

  • Oversee the development of content, aimed at equipping business and professional men to engage others in faith-oriented conversations

  • Personally engage in the CBMC ministry, namely one-on-one discipleship and C3 team or peer group

  • Participate in ministry training as available and attend area conferences

  • Develop written objectives with manager approval, and report activities as required

  • Continually engage in personal ministry with men, including Operation Timothy, as well as with the local CBMC

  • Provide assistance and support to existing groups, ensuring their growth and engagement.

  • Collaborate in the planning and execution of large events aimed at fostering community and professional development.


Qualifications

Faith & Character Requirements

  • Must affirm and actively live out a personal faith in Jesus Christ, aligned with CBMC's Statement of Faith.

  • Must embrace and model CBMC's mission of reaching men in the workplace for Christ.

  • Must be male, consistent with CBMC's identity as a men's ministry (BFOQ).

  • Demonstrates Biblical standards of integrity, humility, and servant leadership.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

  • At least five years of successful experience in a business or sales environment (management preferred)

Skills & Competencies

  • Has a portfolio of written work, positioned toward business and professional men

  • Willing to work as a team

  • Good command of computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite

  • Interest in all aspects of the CBMC ministry and dedication to promoting the ministry's priorities through developing excellent relations with the ministry leaders

  • Excellent interpersonal/multidisciplinary project skills

  • Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills

Other Requirements

  • Participate in attending training for, and execution of, financial support activities for the ministry.

  • Commitment to ongoing personal growth and participation in CBMC programs and tools.

  • Willingness and ability to travel for ministry events, training, and national meetings.
