As one of the nation's premier private athletic clubs and a Seattle institution, The Washington Athletic Club (WAC) is not simply a place to work, but a place to belong. OVERVIEW

The Spa Coordinator oversees the front desk and member service coordination at the WAC spa. They coordinate scheduling, payments, and other administrative tasks.


We are seeking a Part-Time team member who can fulfill the following schedule:

Saturdays 8:30am- 5pm

Tuesday- Thursday 9:30am-1:30pm


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome members and guests warmly, providing personalized attention

Handle front desk duties such as answering the phone, offering information on services and products, and making/rescheduling appointments

Provide administrative support to service providers, managing client files and maintaining the spa environment

Work closely with the Spa Manager and other Spa Team Members to market, promote, and improve programs and services

Assist the Spa Manager in daily tasks such as cash balancing and inventory management

Participates in Spa staff meetings as needed

Other duties as assigned.


POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a spa or salon receptionist

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset.


PAY INFORMATION

Pay: $21.30/hour
