Bistro 8, part of Michelin awarded Showa Hospitality group (www.showahospitality.com), will be a traditional bistro styled fine dining restaurant with a Mexican inspired menu. Executive chef Pancho Ibanez, has crafted a beautiful Mexican cuisine. This concept will serve to fine dining standards in an upscale casual environment.

Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage practices

- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours, contributing to a smooth kitchen operation

Skills
