The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Requirements Manager to join our team supporting a United States Air Force client. This position plays a critical role in advancing the Air, Space, and Cyberspace Constructive Environment (ASCCE) suite of systems, ensuring operational training infrastructures meet current and future enterprise needs. You will work closely with the Mission Support Requirements Division Chief to facilitate stakeholder communications and mitigate risks, aligning program objectives with sponsor expectations.
What You'll Work On:
  • Plan, prepare, execute, and document Requirements Work Groups (RWGs), Requirements Review Boards (RRBs), User Work Groups (UWGs), Program Management Reviews (PMRs), and exercises for the ASCCE suite.
  • Support stakeholder communications to maintain alignment with sponsor objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks impacting operational training infrastructure projects.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage documentation for requirements and review processes.

You Have:
  • 4+ years of experience in requirements management or project coordination
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a technical field
  • DoD 8570.01 M-IATII Certification

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience supporting Air Force or Department of Defense clients
  • Experience with enterprise-level operational training environments
  • Experience in MS Office and requirements management tools
  • Knowledge of risk management practices in IT or defense projects
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and manage group dynamics
  • Possession of strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
