  • A genuine interest in camp services, food operations, and delivering great experiences in remote and dynamic settings.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Post‑secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and staying organized in a fast‑moving pipeline.
  • Willingness and ability to travel throughout the region (Ontario and Manitoba), including remote project sites and nationally when needed.
  • A proactive, energetic approach — someone who takes initiative, adapts quickly, and thrives while managing multiple priorities.
