Overview

At Cascade Manor, a not-for-profit Life Plan Community, residents enjoy living in the midst of Eugene’s rich arts community with access to vibrant cultural experiences and a full continuum of care. We are seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to create a welcoming first impression while supporting residents, guests, and team members through excellent customer service and front desk operations.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Provide front desk coverage by greeting residents, guests, and visitors and answering and directing incoming calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist residents and visitors by providing information and directing them to the appropriate department or team member.
• Support clerical and administrative functions including mail distribution, recordkeeping, and general office organization.
• Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment by monitoring visitors and supporting daily front desk operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service while following community policies, safety procedures, and performing other duties as assigned.

Position Type: Part-Time 
Schedule: Monday–Tuesday plus coverage as needed | 1:30 pm – 9:00 pm
Wages: $15.81 - $18.88 / hr DOE

• Previous experience in reception, customer service, or clerical work preferred.
• Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
• Friendly, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment.
• Ability to interact professionally with residents, guests, and team members.
