We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help clients develop essential life skills and improve their overall quality of life.

Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA to address skill deficits and behavior excesses in clients.

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with ASD or developmental disabilities in various settings, such as homes, schools, or community-based environments.

Collect and record data on client progress, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, speech therapists, and parents, to create and maintain a cohesive treatment approach.

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) as needed to inform the development of effective intervention strategies.

Assist clients in acquiring and generalizing new skills across different environments.

Implement behavior reduction procedures to address challenging behaviors and promote adaptive alternatives.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay informed about the latest ABA techniques and best practices.

Maintain a positive and supportive rapport with clients, families, and team members.

Adhere to ethical standards and guidelines outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and maintain client confidentiality.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Completion of a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician training program.

Current RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Part time and full time positions available.

Extra $14 for every 7 hours worked.
