About the Role
Clarvidais hiring a Behavioral Health Technician to provide onetoone behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2-24) in home, school, and community settings across Pennsylvania. This is a fulltime role that supports clients with emotional or behavioral challenges and promotesageappropriate independenceand stability. Guided by a Behavioral Consultant,you'llfollow a personalized treatment plan that includes behavioral interventions, skill reinforcement, and family education.You'llwork directly with clients and caregivers, helping reduce service dependence while promoting culturally competent, recoveryoriented care.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver 1:1 behavioral healthservicesto youth (ages 2-24) across home/school/community settings
  • Follow treatment plans designed by the supervising Behavioral Consultant
  • Promoteageappropriate functioningand skill development
  • Set clear boundaries to reduce dependency on services
  • Provide parent training and caregiver support
  • Offer culturally responsive, traumainformed care
