We’re currently seeking a Part Time Office Assistant to support our corporate office and management team within our organization.

This is an in office position. Our corporate office is located in Leawood, KS.


Requirements:

Administrative Support

  • Answer phones, direct calls, and take messages
  • Greet and assist visitors or clients
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel
  • Maintain office calendars and contact lists
  • Prepare correspondence, memos, and reports

Office Operations

  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory Costco runs
