AVAILABLE POSITIONS:

WHAT WOULD I BE DOING?
  • Working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities to develop and maintain a circle of support and planning team that best supports their best interests
  • Assisting individuals develop a Self-Direction budget consistent with their plan and services
  • Attend semi-annual and annual service plan reviews
  • Provide education, training, and technical assistance to individuals and their Self-Hire staff
  • Maintain Support Broker authorization on an annual basis
  • Maintain program related records and documentation
  • Provide support broker services based on OPWDD guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's and/or Associate's Degree in Human Services or related field with one-year experience working with Individuals with Developmental Disabilities. High School Diploma with comparable education and/or experience may be considered.
  • Valid NYS driver's license with a safe driving record per agency policy.
