What You'll Do
As a Service Administrator, you'll play an important role in supporting our Service Department and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional ownership experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Follow up with customers after their service visit to ensure they had an outstanding experience.
- Contact customers regarding previously declined maintenance or repair recommendations.
- Answer incoming dealership phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate department.
- Schedule service appointments, including recall repairs and appointments received through our website and OnStar.
- Assist with tracking and managing rental vehicles through the OnTrac system.
- Help maintain accurate customer records and appointment information.
- Support the service advisors and management team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service with every interaction.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Attention to detail and strong follow-through.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team.
- Previous customer service, receptionist, administrative, or dealership experience is preferred but not required.
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
