Eden Classical Academy is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Memory Work Apprentice to support one of the foundational pillars of classical education. Working alongside the Memory Work Coordinator, you will help develop content, create learning resources, support community engagement, and ensure the memory work program stays organized and prepared well in advance. What You'll Do

Memory Work Program Support

  • Assist in the development and preparation of memory work content
  • Help maintain production schedules that keep content prepared six weeks in advance
  • Support the ongoing improvement and execution of the memory work program
  • Collaborate with the Memory Work Coordinator on content planning and implementation

Content Creation & Learning Resources

  • Create materials that support audio, visual, and kinesthetic learners
  • Assist with community engagement initiatives related to memory work
  • Help ensure content remains engaging, accurate, and aligned with Eden's educational philosophy

Production & Platform Management

  • Link audio recordings to presentation slides and digital resources
  • Manage scheduling and platform updates
  • Maintain organization of digital content and files
  • Support content publication and distribution processes

Quiz & Worksheet Development

  • Create worksheets, quizzes, and supporting learning materials
  • Prepare resources that reinforce student learning and retention
  • Assist in formatting and quality assurance of educational materials
