Job description
- Printing and reviewing the daily schedule
- Ensuring classroom supplies are stocked (pencils, tokens, whiteboards, manipulatives, etc.)
- Confirming instructors are present and prepared with materials
- Greeting students and families and ensuring sessions start on time
- Updating transition-time activities as needed
- Serving as a point of contact between parents and the Center Director
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and enrollment conferences
- Collecting payments and required forms as needed
- Maintaining an organized, welcoming learning environment
- Following closing procedures (locking doors, turning off lights, etc.)
- Proctoring student assessments when needed
- Teaching sessions when needed, as determined by the Center Director
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances
- Friendly and comfortable working with families and children
- A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
- A proactive problem solver
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
