As the first point of contact for the Club, you'll play an important role in creating a warm and memorable experience for every member and guest who walks through our doors or calls our front desk.
Position Details
Status: Part-Time, Year-Round
Schedule: Approximately 20-30 hours per week. Flexible schedule based on club operations with shifts available between 5:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation: $16.00 - 17.00 / hour
What You'll Do
• Welcome members, guests, and visitors with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls while providing exceptional customer service.
• Assist members with dining reservations, club events, seating arrangements, and general club information.
• Prepare and distribute daily event sheets, catering packets, and other front office materials.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, including overnight shipments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Complete general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and special projects.
• Collaborate with departments throughout the Club to help deliver a seamless member experience.
