Arcadis is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Resilience Team. As a Project Manager, you will work with a dynamic and growing team to support projects through all phases of the site evaluation and remediation life cycle. In this full-time position, you will lead a team of professionals to execute work across multiple sites, managing environmental investigation, remediation, and regulatory compliance efforts. You will collaborate closely with technical experts to address each site's unique characteristics and challenges.

Role accountabilities include:

• Managing scope, schedule, and budgets for tasks such as well installation, site investigation, site remediation, and other fieldwork.
• Corresponding with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
• Overseeing project financial management and ensuring accountability.
• Writing and reviewing technical reports, proposals, and cost estimates.
• Coordinating work schedules with Arcadis staff and subcontractors.
• Promoting health and safety stewardship, including conducting local field visits.

While this position is primarily office-based, occasional field site visits may be required to ensure adherence to health and safety protocols, verify quality of work execution, and mentor junior staff.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a closely related field
• 6+ years of experience in environmental consulting preferred
• 1+ years of project management experience.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working with clients in the oil and gas market sector
• Familiarity with California and/or Washington State environmental regulations
• 40-Hour HAZWOPER Training

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $80,461-165,951. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
