Part-Time Social Media Content Manager for Creative Interiors, North Platte NE - High-End Residential Remodeling, Remote/Work from Home Schedule, Part-time, flexible; Expectation of a minimum of 4 social posts per month (plus light account management) Compensation: Competitive hourly or per-post/contract rate (negotiable)

We are a small, boutique residential remodeling firm specializing in high-end, design-driven renovations. We value craftsmanship, exceptional client service, and beautiful storytelling that reflects the premium nature of our work.

We’re seeking a reliable, creative Social Media Content Producer to manage our social platforms and produce a minimum of four high-quality social posts per month that showcase projects, craftsmanship, and finished spaces. This is a remote, part-time role, ideal for someone skilled at producing polished visual content and concise, on-brand copy with minimal direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain company social media accounts (currently Instagram & Facebook, — adjust per company needs.
  • Produce a minimum of 4 posts per month: concept, caption writing, image selection/edits, and hashtag strategy.
  • Create short-form visuals as needed (single images, carousels, Reels/shorts) using provided photos.
  • Schedule posts accordingly.
  • Ensure all content aligns with our high-end brand voice and aesthetic.
  • Monitor basic engagement (comments/messages) and flag important inquiries to the team.
  • Provide a brief monthly performance summary (reach, engagement, top post).
  • Occasionally advise on content ideas, photo staging for site shoots, and minor graphic assets.

Qualifications

  • Desired but not required, 2+ years experience managing social media for lifestyle, architecture, design, or luxury brands (or equivalent portfolio).
  • Strong visual sensibility and basic photo editing skills (Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva).
  • Comfortable producing short-form video content (Reels/Stories) or willing to learn.
  • Excellent written communication; able to craft concise, on-brand captions.
  • Familiar with social scheduling tools and basic analytics reporting.
  • Self-directed, organized, reliable with clear communication.
  • Knowledge of residential remodeling/design terminology a plus.

Logistics

  • Work is fully remote. Occasional in-person site staging or photo coordination may be requested.
  • Expected commitment: light ongoing account management and a minimum of 4 prepared posts each month.
  • Contractor or part-time employee status (to be agreed).
