Step Into Care Excellence - Preferred Podiatry Group is hiring a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to deliver podiatric-focused care in long-term care, nursing homes, skilled nursing, and senior living facilities. Join a growing team dedicated to clinical excellence, patient mobility, and quality of life. 


What You’ll Do
 

  • Provide podiatric care to residents in long-term and senior care facilities 
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat foot and lower limb conditions 
  • Deliver diabetic foot care, wound prevention, and mobility education 
  • Collaborate with facility staff for coordinated, patient-centered care 
  • Participate in Medicare quality programs to ensure top outcomes 
  • Document visits in NextGen EMR on a company-issued iPad

What We’re Looking For 

  • Master’s degree + completion of an accredited NP program (required) 
  • Active RN license + NP certification (ANCC or AANP required) 
  • 2–5 years’ experience in podiatry post-training (preferred) 
  • Long-term care/nursing home experience (preferred) 
  • BLS certification required; ACLS preferred 
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, independent settings 


Compensation
 

  • Providers are compensated based on a percentage of the revenue they generate through billing and collections. Based on 50 working weeks per year, estimated annual earnings range from $22,000–$34,000 per day per week worked (e.g., 1 day/week = $22,000–$34,000 annually; up to 5 days/week = $110,000–$170,000 annually). Actual earnings vary based on caseload, patient volume, services rendered, and billing and collection performance. A comprehensive overview of our compensation structure will be provided during the interview process.
