Job description

Job Summary
Under the direction of the College & Career Teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA), the Career Experience Specialist provides coordination, outreach, and administrative support for the high school's Career Pathway Experience program. Responsibilities include supporting the development and implementation of student internships, career exploration opportunities, and industry partnerships. The Career Experience Specialist serves as a key liaison between students, school staff, and business/community partners to expand access to work-based learning experiences. Responsibilities include managing partnership pipelines, coordinating student placements, supporting student readiness, and maintaining systems that track participation and outcomes. Assists in clerical and administrative tasks and performs other duties as assigned.
