- Perform maintenance (including wired and wireless networks, telephony, firewalls, access gateways, etc. ) including repair, replacement, basic configuration and/or installation of these systems
- Coordinate and collaborate with other members of the Data, Voice, and Security Services team as well as the Information Technology Department as whole
- Monitor routine data backup and recovery systems
- Monitor VMware and Citrix environments
- Monitor data center(s)
- Perform maintenance (including virtual servers, clustered servers, storage, etc.) including repair, replacement, basic configuration and/or installation of servers
- Coordinate and collaborate with other members of the Infrastructure Services team as well as the Information Technology Department as whole
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.

All Technical Analyst I
- Experience with Active Directory required
- Experience with Microsoft Server 2003-2008 required, current version preferred
- 1 - 2 years experience in a direct systems support role required, 3 – 5 years’ experience preferred
- 3 - 5 years working in the Information Technology industry, including direct evidentiary talents and responsibilities for supporting back-office systems, applications, and workstations.
- Experience with Citrix technologies required
- Experience with RightFAX technologies required
- Experience with customer service management software
- Experience with Microsoft and InfoBlox DNS and/or DHCP
- Experience with Cisco enterprise networking
