Job description

Introduction
Our client is a practice seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their progressive small animal team. This opportunity is open to both full-time and part-time candidates and involves working with dogs and cats in a well-established clinic with a strong reputation for high-quality care and long-standing community presence.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The role includes a full range of general practice responsibilities, including medical, surgical, and dental care. Daily duties involve wellness exams, diagnostics, surgery, and dentistry, alongside building strong client relationships through effective communication. The position is suited to an experienced veterinarian who is confident collaborating within a supportive team and contributing to a positive clinical environment.

Practice Details
The hospital operates Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, with every other Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00pm. It is an AAHA-certified facility equipped with digital radiography including dental X-rays, ultrasound, an in-house Idexx laboratory, laser therapy, and advanced anesthesia monitoring. Services offered include wellness and vaccination programs, medical diagnostics and treatment, surgical procedures including spay and neuter, and dental care. The practice is well-established with over 40 years of service and maintains strong relationships within the community, including involvement with local rescue groups and breeders. The environment supports high-quality medicine with modern tools and a collaborative culture.

Team
The team consists of 3 DVMs supported by a tenured and experienced support staff, including highly utilized licensed veterinary technicians, fostering a collaborative and team-oriented environment.

  • Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
  • Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
  • Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
