Paralegal Intern

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation, organization, and review of legal and administrative documentation.
• Assist with compliance tracking, contract files, records management, and internal documentation processes.
• Support research efforts related to legal, regulatory, and operational matters.
• Assist in maintaining organized electronic and physical records.
• Collaborate on process improvement and administrative support initiatives across teams.
• Provide general support on special projects related to compliance, administration, and operations.


Technical Requirements

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
