Pay Rate: $17.50/hour

Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Summary

We are hiring Machine Operators to support yarn production in a textile manufacturing environment. This role involves operating machinery, monitoring product quality, and maintaining a safe and clean workspace.

No experience is required—training is provided.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor textile manufacturing machines.
  • Assist with machine setup and product changeovers.
  • Inspect yarn quality and monitor production output.
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized.
  • Identify and report minor machine issues.
  • Work as part of a production team to meet daily production goals.

Work Environment

  • Fast-paced textile manufacturing facility.
  • Overnight production environment.
  • Standing and physical activity required throughout the shift.
  • May operate multiple machines at one time.

Schedule

  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Monday–Friday
  • Occasional Saturdays as needed.
  • 8-hour shifts.
  • Overtime available.

Qualifications

  • No experience required—training provided.
  • Basic mechanical ability is a plus.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.
